About Chris’ Property Maintenance Inc

In Niagara Falls winter arrives twice — once as lake-effect bands rolling in off the water, and again as mist from the gorge freezing onto every railing and step. Chris' Property Maintenance Inc plows and shovels through both: driveways and lots cleared, sidewalks opened along the street, salt spread over the glaze the river air lays down overnight. A squall here can drop more in three hours than a whole week does elsewhere, so the route runs on the storm's schedule rather than the clock. Piles are kept clear of the corners where a driver needs to see, and walkways are taken to the pavement rather than merely tidied. By morning the block looks orderly again, with the mist still rising a few streets away.
