About Berner Property Services INC

Above the whirlpool the wind has room to run, and on a January night it carries snow sideways across every open lot in Niagara Falls. Berner Property Services INC works those hours — blade down, headlights on, pushing back what the storm laid while the city slept. Walks get shoveled, entryways get opened, and salt goes where the melt would otherwise refreeze by four in the morning. A driveway cleared before the first car turns over is a small thing and it is also the whole day, saved. When daylight finally comes up gray over the river, the pavement is dark and bare and nobody has to think about it.
