About Morgan Landscaping

Newfield keeps its covered bridge over the Cayuga Inlet, and the road past it climbs into hollows where the grass grows thick and the mornings stay damp until midday. Morgan Landscaping mows in that country — lawns cut on rhythm, trimmed tight around trees and posts, a clean line held where the yard meets gravel. Spring cleanup is the first honest day of the year here, raking off what a Tompkins County winter pressed flat; the fall version runs long, because the hills hand down leaves for weeks. Mulched beds keep their shape through a wet summer, and the clippings never end up on the drive. It is ordinary work, done so the property looks composed from the first glance up the driveway.
