Summit Lawn Care

About Summit Lawn Care

The Erie Canal runs right through Newark, and at Lock 28B the water steps down with a patience that has set the pace of this village for generations. Summit Lawn Care keeps the same rhythm on either side of the towpath. From the first warm weeks the mowing comes around like clockwork, with trimming along fences and cleanups that carry the season's clutter away. Then the boats are gone, the canal lies flat and grey, and the trucks go out with plows to open driveways, clear walks and put salt where the wind funnels between houses. It is a steady loop, cut and clear, cut and clear, and both halves end the same way: a property that looks looked-after.
