The Kobi Company

About The Kobi Company

Some of New York's lawns sit twenty floors up, on terraces where the wind comes across the roofline all afternoon. The Kobi Company keeps green space around the city in shape — cutting grass, shaping hedges, tending planting beds and carrying the debris back down. Up high the turf dries fast and the plantings take a beating, so maintenance runs closer together and lighter on the hand than it would at street level. On a June evening, with the light going gold across the water towers, a trimmed terrace is worth every trip in the service elevator. The same attention goes to the courtyards and entry beds down below.
