About Earthscapes Concrete Curb & Paving Inc.

Winter reaches New York Mills from the west, bands of lake-effect snow riding down off the Tug Hill and parking over the Mohawk Valley for days at a stretch. Earthscapes Concrete Curb & Paving Inc. runs snow removal straight through it — plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks, and salting the curb cuts and aprons where ice sets up hardest. A valley village measures a storm by how early the plow lights come down the street. There is real pride in a drive opened clean to the pavement before anyone has to lift a shovel off the porch. When the sky finally breaks, the fields toward Whitesboro go blinding white and the ground is already open.
