About Pérez Landscaping

First light along Route 32 finds the fields silver with dew and Silver Stream running quiet through the low ground on its way toward the Hudson. Pérez Landscaping is already out in it, dropping the trailer gate while the day is still cool — mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping the clippings off the walks, and running the spring and fall cleanups when the yards need them most. Working the cool of the morning is easier on the crew and easier on the grass, and by midday the finished lawns sit in full sun looking exactly as they should. New Windsor and the towns around it are full of properties that only need someone to come steadily and do the thing properly. Turning up is half the job; the finish is the other half.
