About Sigifredo Alvarez Landscaping

October in New Rochelle arrives the way it always has out past Ward Acres: old stone walls going damp, maples letting go a little more each afternoon, and lawns vanishing under gold. Sigifredo Alvarez Landscaping spends that season getting them back, clearing leaves off the turf, cutting late into the fall while the grass is still growing, recutting the drive edge so the line survives the wind. Spring and summer it is the steadier rhythm instead, weekly mowing, trimmed borders, a clean sweep of the walk afterward. There is real satisfaction in the last pass, when a yard that was buried an hour ago is open and green again. This city has a lot of shade trees, and every one of them eventually lands on somebody's lawn.
