About New Roch Irrigation

Late June, a run of ninety-degree days, and the lawns around Sycamore Park start telling on themselves — the high spots fading first, the strip along the curb going straw while the shade holds green. New Roch Irrigation reads a yard that way, by where the color breaks, and sets the water to match instead of drowning the whole thing evenly. The work is spring start-ups and zone-by-zone tuning, heads swapped and arcs adjusted, leaks found before they turn a bed to mud. Summer in New Rochelle swings between drought weeks and sudden soaking storms, so a system tuned to the property is worth far more than one simply installed. Come November the lines get drained and blown clear, and everything waits, intact, for the next warm April.
