About Mario Pansarella and Sons Landscaping

An August thunderstorm can cross New Rochelle in twenty minutes and leave Rochelle Park dripping, the pavement steaming, small branches down across half the lawns on the block. Mario Pansarella and Sons Landscaping shows up after weather like that and puts things right — debris cleared, beds tidied, the grass cut once it has dried enough to take a blade without tearing. Midsummer is the demanding stretch here, growth surging after every storm and slowing to nothing in the dry weeks between, and the schedule has to bend to it. What stays constant is the finish: clean lines at the walk, mulch level, nothing left on the sidewalk when the truck pulls away. Neighborhood by neighborhood, that is how a street keeps its shape through the hottest part of the year.
