About JJV Landscape Inc

Premium Mill Pond keeps its own clock — the tide slides in under the road, the water changes color twice a day, and the September air off it smells faintly of the marsh. JJV Landscape Inc works the streets around there in that best stretch of the year, when the heat has let go and the grass grows thick and even again. Early fall is when a lawn can be genuinely repaired in New Rochelle: aerated, seeded, fed, edged back to a clean line before the leaves start. The crew works property by property, cutting to the same width every week so the pattern reads from the sidewalk. Done through October, that steady rhythm is what carries a yard into winter looking cared for rather than merely mowed.
