About Hines & Zaffarese Landscaping

When a nor'easter comes up the coast, Nassau County gets the heavy wet kind of snow — the sort that packs at the foot of a driveway like poured concrete. Hines & Zaffarese Landscaping is out in it before the first commuters need to reach the station, plowing, opening driveways and cutting paths to the door. On streets built this close together, snow has to be moved thoughtfully rather than simply shoved. The point of the entire night is an unremarkable morning: cars out, walks passable, nobody standing there with a shovel. Snow work runs through New Hyde Park, Manhasset Hills, Lake Success, Floral Park and Mineola.
