About Philips Property Maintenance

Up near the Bronxville line the streets narrow and the properties get particular. Philips Property Maintenance keeps them from thaw to freeze and back again — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while the ground is soft, plowing, shoveling and salting once it is not. A Westchester winter rarely announces itself politely; it arrives sideways at four in the afternoon and again at three in the morning. Being the one who turns up for both versions is the job. The rest of the year the same grounds get cut on schedule, and the whole thing reads as one long habit of keeping.
