About CJ Lawn Care & Masonry

Hawthorne grew up around a rail junction, and it still keeps commuter hours: quiet at midday, alive at either end. CJ Lawn Care & Masonry fits the same clock, mowing Mount Pleasant lawns through the long light of summer evenings and plowing the driveways of those houses when February takes the town back. A yard finished at seven o'clock in July has a particular look — low sun raking across the cut, edges crisp along the curb, everything squared away for the night. Winter's version of that feeling is a cleared drive and a salted walk waiting at the end of a bad commute. Fall cleanups bridge the two, stripping the yard down to bare grass before the first storm makes its own plans.
