About Hickory Homes and Properties, Inc.

Up on the Whippoorwill ridge the driveways run long and curved and unforgiving in February, and a plow truck that knows the turns is worth waiting for. Hickory Homes and Properties, Inc. looks after the outside of a place across the whole calendar — mowing, trimming, mulching and seasonal cleanups while the ground is green, plow trucks, shovels and spreaders when it isn't. Property work is largely a matter of arriving before anyone notices there was a problem. A gravel drive pushed clean without tearing up the surface, a lawn edged where it meets the woods line: small things, done right, that add up to a place that looks looked-after. The routes take in Mount Kisco, Bedford, Armonk and the hills folded between them.
