About Creative Snow by Cow Bay Inc.

A Nassau County storm has a sound to it: nothing at all, then a plow two streets over, then nothing again. Mineola takes its weather out on the open flat of the Hempstead Plains, where the wind piles drifts against every fence and building corner on the block. Creative Snow by Cow Bay Inc. runs through the night on that ground, plowing lots and driveways and shoveling walks down to the surface so curb cuts and doorways are usable at daybreak. Wet coastal snow sets up like concrete if it is left alone, so it does not get left alone. Come morning the property looks like the storm happened somewhere else.
