About cw's down to earth landscape services llc

By December the Erie Canal through Middleport is drawn down to a ribbon of mud and ice, the lift bridge stands quiet, and Route 31 is about the only thing still moving. cw's down to earth landscape services llc runs that route in the dark — plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways to the door, laying salt where the shade keeps ice all day long. Out past the village the wind crosses open Niagara County fruit country and rebuilds a drift as fast as it can be cut, which is why a night usually needs a second pass. What makes it worth it is a whole road of open driveways at sunrise, before anyone is up to see it. Middleport, Gasport, Medina, Royalton, Hartland and Lockport.
