About Heidrich Landscaping, Inc

Middle Island grows on sand and pine, and a few minutes from any lawn here the ground gives way to the barrens, where the columns of Cathedral Pines stand cool in the middle of a July afternoon. Heidrich Landscaping, Inc keeps grass even and alive on that thin, quick-draining soil, mowing on a steady cycle and trimming close around the oaks. Autumn is the long stretch: needles and oak leaf come down for weeks, so cleanups run right into the cold. There is a plain pleasure in the final pass of the year, a yard raked bare and ready to sleep. Middle Island, Coram, Ridge, Yaphank and Selden, all on the same weekly turn.
