About R & R Property Services & Landscaping

Mayville sits at the head of Chautauqua Lake, high enough that Lake Erie sends its snow this way and generous enough that summer here is worth the wait. R & R Property Services & Landscaping takes the town at both temperatures — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups through the green half of the year, and plowing, shoveling, salting and sanding through the long lake-effect winter. Snow off the lake arrives in bands that can bury one street and skip the next, so the route runs and then runs again until every drive is open. By June those same properties are all shoreline light and fast-growing grass, wanting a clean cut every single week. Working a snow-belt town means never quite putting the calendar down, and knowing exactly what each yard needs before you pull in.
