About R Williams LawnCare, Inc

Gliders go up off the Wurtsboro airfield all summer, riding the lift the Shawangunk Ridge throws off on a warm afternoon — a standing reminder that in Mamakating the terrain makes the weather. R Williams LawnCare, Inc works the ground underneath all of that, mowing and trimming yards from the first flush of May grass to the last leaf down. Then the ridge starts producing snow instead of thermals, and the calls come at eleven at night or three in the morning. Plowing here is a headlights-and-falling-flakes business, one driveway at a time, and the measure of it is whether the car gets out at six. Summer or storm, the goal holds steady: the property usable, and looking it.
