About 1st CLASS LANDSCAPING & HOME IMPROVEMENT INC.

By the time the sun clears the hills east of Mahopac, the mowers are off the trailer and the first pass is already laid down the length of a front yard. This is oak country, all ledge and glacial rubble under a thin skin of soil, so a green lawn here is something earned rather than assumed. 1st CLASS LANDSCAPING & HOME IMPROVEMENT INC. handles the mowing, the trimming along stone and fence line, the mulch beds, and the cleanups that bracket a Putnam County year. The reward is simple and never gets old: a yard that looks finished, edges true, clippings blown off the walk, nothing left behind but the smell of cut grass. Mahopac and the towns around it get that same attention week after week.
