About Grafs Lawn & Landscape, LLC

There is a week in May when everything in Macedon greens at once and the whole town seems to need cutting on the same Saturday. Grafs Lawn & Landscape, LLC works that week and the twenty-odd that follow, mowing, trimming and keeping lawns even from the canal flats out toward the orchards. Lawn work is mostly repetition; the reward lives in the edge, that line along the walk where grass stops exactly where it should. Warm evenings out here smell like clippings and river air. The route runs through Macedon and the Wayne County towns beside it.
