About Babcock Property Management Service

Autumn in Lysander arrives with geese over Beaver Lake, dropping in by the thousand at dusk while the maples go all at once. Babcock Property Management Service works straight through that spectacle — mowing while there is still growth in the grass, then leaf cleanup, trimming, and the fall tidy-up that gets a property ready to sit out the cold. Grounds care in this town means paying attention to a landscape that changes on a weekly schedule rather than a monthly one. The good version of this work is nearly invisible: nobody notices the leaves that are gone, only the lawn underneath them. That is the standard, from the first mow of the year to the last rake.
