About Austin Property Services LLC

Wayne County winters come in off the lake in long grey bands, and by January the mint and vegetable ground west of Lyons is just a white field with fence posts standing in it. Austin Property Services LLC is a snow outfit, which means the workday starts when everyone else's stops — plowing driveways, opening lots, clearing walks and putting down salt before the six o'clock shift. A storm here can quit and start again three times in a night; the answer is another pass, and another. The reward is small and specific: headlights swinging into a driveway that is already black pavement. That is the whole job, and it is worth doing right.
