About CGM Property Services

Follow Bear Road on a Monday in April and you can watch a whole year of grounds work starting up at once. CGM Property Services carries properties across that year — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups from thaw to leaf-drop, then snow plowing, walkway clearing and ice control from the first band of lake snow to the last. Onondaga County weather does not negotiate; it just arrives, sometimes from both directions in the same week. Keeping one property tended in every month of the calendar is a steadier thing than chasing storms. The result is plain enough — a lot that always looks minded, whatever the sky is doing.
