Countryside Lawn Care

About Countryside Lawn Care

East of the village the town opens into field country — long lots out toward Pekin and Cambria, hedgerows, the woods around Bond Lake, and yards big enough that mowing one is a morning's ride. Countryside Lawn Care takes that kind of property on: mowing the open acreage, trimming the fence lines and outbuildings, cutting a clean line where lawn meets gravel drive. In winter those same drives are the first thing to fill in, since nothing stands between them and the wind, so the plow goes out for the long ones while the shovel handles steps and walks, with salt where the ice sets up. There is a moment after a storm when a quarter-mile drive lies open and dark against all that white, and it is worth being awake for. Country work, at country scale.
