About ML Property Maintenance LLC

South Park Avenue in late August is all storefront strips and grass that shot up three inches during one warm rain. ML Property Maintenance LLC handles the properties along it — mowing on a set rotation, trimming around sign posts, poles and parking curbs, edging where the turf tries to creep out over the asphalt. Grounds that get looked at every single day are the ones that have to stay sharp, and pulling out of a lot that reads clean from the road is its own small victory. Spring and fall bring the heavier work, when the beds get cleared and the leaves carried away. The service runs through Lackawanna along with Blasdell, West Seneca, Hamburg and Buffalo.
