MG Lawn Care

About MG Lawn Care

West of the city the land flattens into Esopus bottomland — black soil and sweet corn running out toward the foot of the Catskills. MG Lawn Care spends summer evenings on the Kingston side of that country, mowing as the heat lets go and the maple shadows stretch all the way across the yard. Valley humidity makes grass grow like it has somewhere to be, so mowing, trimming and edging come around on a steady schedule from April into October. There is one particular hour — light gone gold, mower shut off, walk blown clean — when a lawn looks exactly the way its owner pictured it. That hour is the whole point, in Kingston, Hurley, Lake Katrine and Ulster Park.
