About 1st Due Property Maintenance & Management LLC

Four in the morning, and the streetlights over the Stockade are still doing their work alone. That is when 1st Due Property Maintenance & Management LLC is out with the plow, cutting the first clean line down a Kingston driveway so the day can start on time. In the warm half of the year the same trucks carry mowers, and the grass along those old uptown sidewalks gets its weekly cut, its trimmed corners, its swept-off walk. Plowing, shoveling and salting when the walks glaze over; mowing, string trimming and cleanups when they do not. The pleasure is in the finished line — a drive open to the pavement before the coffee is poured.
