Klice Lawn & Landscape

About Klice Lawn & Landscape

The old brick shop buildings near the river hold their cold into late March, so the ground around them thaws in patches: mud, then a little green, then all at once a lawn that needs cutting. Klice Lawn & Landscape picks it up right there with the spring cleanup and the first mow, then carries the steady weeks of cutting, trimming and edging through midsummer heat and into the leaf work of October. Grass on those blocks grows wherever it can, which makes the finish work matter, from a straight line at the sidewalk to a clean turn at the corner of a walk. Winter puts a blade on the front of the truck instead, opening drives and lots, shoveling entries, salting the places that glaze over in the shadow of a tall wall.
