Along the east shore road above Greenhurst the water shows through the trees in spring, right up until the leaves fill in and close it off again. Kendel Lawn Services opens the year in that window with cleanups first, raking out the sodden mat that last autumn left, then settling mowing and trimming into a weekly rhythm and keeping the edges cut along walks and drives all season. Autumn runs the same film backward: leaves off the lawn, one last low cut, the yard put to bed. Winter takes the shore road hard, and then it is the plow, the shovel and the salt bucket, with drives cleared and a front step made safe before anybody uses it.
