DG Lawncare

About DG Lawncare

Late May along the Conewango flats east of the city is all growth and no patience; a week of warm rain and the grass is over the tops of your boots. DG Lawncare keeps ahead of it out toward Falconer and back through Jamestown, mowing on the schedule the season sets, trimming around posts and foundations, cutting in the walk lines, clearing what the deck throws so a lawn reads as finished rather than merely shortened. Cleanups bracket the run, in spring for what winter left and in fall for what the maples drop. A cut lawn on a June evening, with the smell of it still hanging in the air, is one of the plain good things about summer up here.
