About Common Ground Land Management & Excavation LLC

Danby is built on slopes — Michigan Hollow falling away one direction, the long climb toward Bald Hill the other — so mowing here means working ground that never sits flat. Common Ground Land Management & Excavation LLC handles those hillside yards: mowing, trimming, edging and the brushy margins where a lawn gives way to woods. Hay-scented air drifts off the state forest in July, and a freshly cut lawn in that light is a genuinely good thing to stand and look at. What the hill sheds all winter comes off in the spring cleanup; by October the leaves arrive in Danby by the ton. Steep or not, the grass gets cut and the edges stay honest.
