About C R Landscaping

Late-August light comes down Main Street in Islip long and gold, and the lawns behind the storefronts and along the side streets have taken a whole summer of heat. C R Landscaping tends them into the shoulder of the season — mowing on a set schedule, cutting the edges back, keeping beds clear, then hauling leaves once the maples start. The bay keeps the growing season long here, and turf thins out fast if it is left to itself, so steady attention is most of the job. There is pride in pulling away from a property and seeing it look composed: nothing shaggy, nothing spilling over the curb.
