About Laraby Lawn and Landscape Service

Irondequoit Creek comes down through the marshes at the south end of the bay, and by mid-October the cattails there have gone the color of old rope. Laraby Lawn and Landscape Service reads the season off that same clock, shifting from weekly mowing to the long autumn work of getting leaves off the grass before rain mats them into a lid. Through summer the routine is steady — cutting, trimming, edging, keeping beds mulched and defined. In spring the crew clears out everything the cold months piled into the corners and gives the turf room to come back. Watching a shaggy yard turn tidy in an hour never really stops being satisfying.
