Elite Property Care

About Elite Property Care

Dusk comes early along St. Paul Boulevard in December, and the parking lots start glowing under sodium light while the first flakes drift through it. Elite Property Care works those hours — plowing, shoveling entrances and stairs, spreading salt so the morning arrivals never think about the ground under their feet. Irondequoit's mix of houses, shops and small commercial buildings means no two properties clear the same way, and the routes are built around that. In the green half of the year the same addresses get mowed, trimmed and edged on a weekly schedule, with cleanups bracketing spring and fall. Year-round attention to a property has a look to it, and people notice even when they cannot name it.
