About CNY PROPERTY SERVICES

Ilion lies on the flat of the Mohawk Valley with the canal at its back and hills climbing south behind the brick of Main Street. CNY PROPERTY SERVICES keeps lawns across that ground, mowing, trimming and edging from the first warm stretch through the last, plus the cleanups the valley's maples make necessary twice a year. River-bottom yards here grow heavy and green, while the ones up toward Steele Creek run drier and thinner, and the schedule respects both. Mohawk Valley summers can turn wet in a hurry, so the mowing gets done between the storms rather than after them. A yard cut even, trimmed to the fence and cleared of clippings looks settled, which is exactly the point.
