About Top Notch Property Service LLC

East of the river road the land climbs into orchard country toward Staatsburg, and the wind crossing those hills in January is why Hyde Park driveways drift the way they do. Top Notch Property Service LLC handles both ends of the calendar — snow plowing, shoveling, walk clearing and ice control in the cold, then mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups once the maples leaf out. July mornings start in fog off the Hudson and burn clear by ten, which makes for good cutting hours. What stays with you is the after: a stripe pattern laid across a wide side yard, or a drive scraped down to pavement while it is still dark out. Property care, measured one finished job at a time.
