Root & Bloom Lawn Care

About Root & Bloom Lawn Care

April in Huntington is rain, then a break in the rain, then birds all over the Twin Ponds and the smell of a lawn deciding to grow again. Root & Bloom Lawn Care starts its year right there — the first cut of the season, winter debris raked out, beds edged back to a line. From then on it is weekly mowing and trimming through the long green middle of the calendar, and cleanups again when the leaves let go. A lawn kept this way changes slowly and then all at once: one week it is merely green, the next it is the kind of green a street notices. That turn is the whole point of the work.
