About Perez’s Landscaping

From Promenade Hill the whole west opens — the river, then the flats, then the Catskills going violet as the sun drops behind them. Perez's Landscaping spends its days on the smaller view: the lawn in front of the house, mowed even, trimmed at the foundation, edged along the driveway so the line is crisp enough to run a finger down. Through the season that means weekly cuts, hedge and shrub trimming, mulch in the beds, and seed where the turf thinned out. Come autumn it means leaves gathered and hauled, beds cut back, the yard put to bed. A well-kept lawn in Hudson is a small daily kind of beauty, and it is the one people see every time they come home.
