About Alpine Tree Service Inc

Hopewell is drumlin country, long low ridges running north and south with farm fields laid over them and Canandaigua Lake off to the west holding the last of the light. In January the wind crosses all of it unopposed, and Alpine Tree Service Inc is out working in it, pruning the orchard-edge maples and thinning a windbreak spruce that has grown into an eave. Tree trimming here means giving a farmhouse back its clearance, off the roof, off the wires, off the barn door. Tree removal comes for the elms and ashes that finally quit, brought down neatly between the fence and the field. And when winter weather crosses Routes 5 and 20 and leaves a driveway pinned under a fallen limb, storm damage cleanup is one phone call and one good morning's work.
