Fleet Clean - Buffalo

About Fleet Clean - Buffalo

Some nights the wind swings north off Lake Ontario and Hilton wakes to six new inches that were not there at midnight. Fleet Clean - Buffalo runs snow plowing through those hours, cutting driveways open while the squall is still crossing the fields. Walkways get shoveled down to the concrete and salted, so the first steps of the morning are sure ones. Lake-effect does not arrive politely here; it arrives in bands, and the work continues until the last band passes. There is a particular pride in a drive cleared before the first commuter headlights swing onto the road.
