Winter Farm Landscaping

About Winter Farm Landscaping

Mud season ends around Hillsdale all at once: one April week the old orchard rows and farm lawns go from brown to green and the mowing year begins. Winter Farm Landscaping opens with that first pass, clearing the winter's fallen sticks and matted leaves before the blades ever turn. From there it is the steady work — mowing, trimming, edging, keeping wide country yards looking kept. Grass behaves differently on a hillside than it does on the flat ground down by the kill, and each gets its own approach. The last job of the year is a full cleanup that leaves the ground tidy under the first hard frost.
