About L. A. Tree Service Creative Corp

Hempstead is a village of sidewalks and shade, where the big street trees lean out over Fulton Avenue and the front-yard maples have been filling in since the houses were new. L. A. Tree Service Creative Corp works in those close quarters, wires overhead and the neighbor's driveway six feet away. Tree trimming here is measured in inches, a limb lifted off a porch roof, a canopy eased back from a second-floor window. Pruning keeps the block's shade honest, and tree removal is done piece by piece when a tree has outlived its patch of yard. After a summer storm rolls in off the Sound and leaves the street ankle-deep in leaves and limbs, storm damage cleanup gets the curb clear and the sidewalk walkable again.
