About Blossom & Bark Lawn Care LLC

The first honest sign of spring around Front Street is a magnolia letting go all at once, dropping petals across grass that is still half asleep. Blossom & Bark Lawn Care arrives right about then, raking out the winter grit, cutting back what the cold ruined, opening the beds so the soil can breathe again. The first mow of the year is a careful one, high and slow, and after that the rhythm settles into weekly cuts, trimmed edges and fresh mulch banked neatly around the shrubs. Both halves of the name get their due here — the flowering things that make a front yard worth looking at, and the woody frame that holds it together the rest of the year. It is ordinary tending, done attentively, on lawns that sit shoulder to shoulder down the block.
