About Alfredo Landscaping Inc

Harrison keeps its old oaks and its fieldstone walls, and in May the lawns beneath those trees come in dappled — half sun, half shade, each half asking for something a little different. Alfredo Landscaping mows to that, edging along the walls and walks, trimming close where turf runs up to stone, keeping the beds mulched dark beneath the hedges. Spring cleanups clear what the winter dropped from the branches overhead; fall cleanups run for weeks, because oaks let go slowly and keep at it into December. In between are the weekly cuts that decide how a property reads from Halsted Avenue or from a quiet street over in West Harrison. Nothing announces itself: the lines are straight, the edges are crisp, the walks are clear.
