YAM Property Maintenance

About YAM Property Maintenance

December light in Hamburg goes early — by half past four the lake has turned pewter, the streetlights are on, and whatever fell that afternoon still needs moving. YAM Property Maintenance covers that end of the day with plowing, shoveled walks and salting, then picks the thread back up in April with cleanups, mowing, trimming and edging through the long green stretch. Property maintenance means the list never really ends, and that is the appeal of it: the same yards, learned by heart, kept right in every kind of weather this corner of Erie County sends. A cleared drive at dusk and a sharp lawn in August come out of the same habit of showing up. The route runs through Hamburg and the neighborhoods just up the shore toward the city.
