About Green Fields Lawn Care and Landscaping

In Greenfield the first light comes over the Palmertown ridge long after the plow has already passed, and that is the whole idea. Green Fields Lawn Care and Landscaping works the hill roads out of Greenfield Center — the long farm drives above Kaydeross Creek, the shaded stretches toward Lake Desolation — clearing snow and treating the ice that forms where the sun never quite reaches. Come May those same routes turn green and the mowers go out, edges cut in tight along stone walls that were here before the roads were. There is real satisfaction in a driveway opened before anyone has to think about it, and in a yard that looks finished from the mailbox. It is outdoor work in a town that is mostly outdoors.
