Ashley Lawn And Garden

About Ashley Lawn And Garden

April in Granby is a slow reveal — the snowbanks pull back off the lawns, the Oswego River runs high and brown along the town's east edge, and the grass underneath comes up all at once. Ashley Lawn And Garden meets that green head-on with mowing, trimming, edging and the cleanup that hauls off a winter's worth of matted leaves and broken sticks. Through summer it becomes a steady rhythm of cut lines and tidy borders; by December the work turns to plowing driveways and clearing walks after the lake bands come through. A yard that has been kept all year shows it in the very first mow of spring. Granby, Fulton, Volney and Hannibal all sit within an easy morning's route.
