SouthTown Cleanouts

About SouthTown Cleanouts

Winter arrives in Gowanda sideways. Bands of lake-effect snow slide off Lake Erie, ride the hills down along the Route 62 corridor, and bury a driveway between supper and bedtime. SouthTown Cleanouts plows and shovels through all of it — drives opened, walkways cleared, salt down on the slick spots so the first step out the door is a safe one. When the melt finally takes hold on the creek flats, the same trucks come back for mowing, trimming and the yard cleanups at either end of the season. It is straightforward work, and there is pride in a Gowanda drive cut clean to the pavement while the storm is still going.
